Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.

• Drives membership metrics, retention, and experience programs while ensuring timely member service.
• Manages cash handling, POS tasks, and front-end operations to maintain smooth club flow.
