Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise frontline team members in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach and develop staff to ensure excellent member service and successful execution of membership programs and frontline operations.

Leading with data, you will monitor performance, guide staffing, and maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness and member experience.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Models and provides excellent member service while coaching and developing team members.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Utilizes performance data to drive member engagement and frontline productivity.
