• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line (including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk).
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Loads shopping carts and manages self-checkout lanes to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains club policies, trains team members, and ensures timely service to Members.
