Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. You’ll coach and develop all frontline team members to ensure excellent member service and successful execution of membership programs and initiatives.

As part of the role, you will monitor staffing, drive membership metrics, and model behavior that supports a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance while maintaining high standards of service for members.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager and coach team members to deliver excellent member service.
• Drive membership metrics and ensure adherence to GOLD standards and club policies.
• Maintain club cleanliness and smooth operation of front-end processes including POS and member services.
