Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach and develop team members to deliver outstanding member service, while driving membership goals and front-end performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and ensuring a positive member experience with a focus on GOLD standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager.
• Models and provides excellent Member service while coaching team members.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Drives member engagement, speed, and productivity on the front end.
• Trains and motivates frontline team members and evaluates performance.
• Uses performance data and reports to drive results.
