Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at the Katy, TX store. You will supervise Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists, ensuring front-end efficiency and inventory accuracy across the store.

This role involves managing refunds, exchanges, signage, pricing, and collaboration with the e-commerce team. You will oversee stock movement, conduct regular inventory audits, and provide guidance on store-wide procedures,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience, or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust inventory tracking system accordingly.
• Monitor shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit reports including inventory control, returns, and voids.
• Create and maintain store signage and pricing using TOD mobile printing.
• Supervise inventory movement within the store.
