Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, and inventory management while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will supervise staff, enforce SOPs, manage SKU pricing changes, and support e-commerce inquiries, ensuring store operations run smoothly and customers stay satisfied.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of all customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out).
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKU’s.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Audit reports including inventory control, return of sale, and void reports.
