Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates at our Overland Park store. The role oversees cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory, and e-commerce support to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

The successful candidate will manage front-end operations, drive inventory accuracy, and coordinate with management on pricing and product availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/supervisor experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Audit reports for inventory control and returns.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing truck logs.
