Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists at the front end.
• Ensure cashiering, credit and close-out SOPs are followed.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy store-wide.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
