Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Katy to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates. You’ll oversee cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Successful candidates are team builders with strong communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills. This role requires 1 year of supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service, plus 2+ years of computer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of computer experience in a work setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct Customer Service Associates and specialists on front-end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead cashiering, returns, and close-out procedures.
• Manage inventory accuracy and product signage/price changes.
• Assist customers with product choices and answer questions.
• Oversee shipping/receiving documents and audit reports for accuracy.
• Open/close store and support e-commerce inventory availability.
