Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, oversee cashiering, returns, and inventory accuracy, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

The role will drive e-commerce inventory coordination and store signage updates, partnering with management on pricing changes and SKU updates. The candidate should be a strong team builder with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of supervising

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
High school diploma and/or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs.
Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions.
Return products to the correct in-store location after customer merchandise returns.
