Job summary

Marshalls at USA Marshalls Store 0381 in Lodi, CA is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and guide Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and ensure performance aligns with store goals.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to train others while maintaining a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and lead Associates on front-end principles.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns and ensures a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety and a clean store environment.
