Job summary

Marshalls in Norwalk, CT is hiring a front-end leader to ensure a positive customer experience and strong loyalty program promotion. You will supervise Associates at the front of the store, train teammates, assign registers, and coordinate breaks to maintain smooth operations.

Candidates should have retail experience and leadership exposure, be able to multi-task, communicate clearly, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees Associates at front of store and ensures courtesy service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and safety compliance.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
