Job summary

Marshalls in Sarasota seeks a store leader who promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees a team of front-of-store Associates, ensuring friendly service and loyalty program promotion.

You will train and mentor Associates, manage POS coverage, schedule breaks, and maintain a clean, organized store while upholding labor laws and safety standards. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising skills, and teamwork to drive store success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store associates.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Manages POS coverage and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive store environment.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
