Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Maintains a clean and organized store and leads by example in customer interactions
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty program promotion
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive customer experience
• Ensures adherence to store policies, labor laws, and procedures
