Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of associates at front of store delivering prompt, courteous service and promoting loyalty programs.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Lead by example with strong customer engagement and store cleanliness.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for associates; ensure coverage and smooth POS operations.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high standards of service.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff; provide progress updates.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and store policies.
• Support training and mentoring of associates to increase effectiveness.
