Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. operates TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and other brands. This position is a front-end leadership role focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading a team across the store.

You will train Associates, oversee registers and labor, and promote loyalty and safety programs. A strong background in retail, leadership, and merchandising is required, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures tasks align with store plans and priorities.
• Partners with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness and promotes safety and loss-prevention.
