Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising techniques and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to train others and supervise Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead front of store team and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and cover POS needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and promote safety.
