Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store operations.
• Oversees associates, assigns registers, and coordinates breaks.
• Trains and mentors associates on customer service and loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures adherence to labor policies and safety procedures.
