Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on customer personalization and loyalty programs.
