Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and work with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store teams.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
