The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead at our American Fork, UT location. You will supervise front-end operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and mentor Associates to uphold loyalty programs and store standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail and at least 6 months in a leadership role, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations.
• Oversee Associates, ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage and breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management and team.
