The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail leader to ensure an exceptional customer experience at TJ Maxx stores. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, model outstanding service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency.

You will train and mentor Associates, manage POS coverage, and respond to customer concerns promptly. A strong understanding of merchandising, communication, and teamwork is essential to drive store performance and safety

Qualificações

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to train others and coach team members.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and drives customer engagement.
• Assigns registers, manages POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Supports and participates in store safety and loss prevention initiatives.
