Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end operations and guest experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
