Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote excellent customer service and oversee a team of Associates. You will model strong customer engagement, train staff, and manage tasks to align with store goals.

Responsibilities include directing POS coverage, improving loyalty program participation, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and safety standards. Flexible scheduling and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Keeps a clean, organized store and leads by example in customer interactions.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures proper POS coverage.
