Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a front-of-store leader to drive an exceptional customer experience and coach Associates. You will model service excellence, ensure smooth POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs across our TJ Maxx family.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train others while maintaining store standards. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required; previous retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership experience

• Assign registers and manage POS coverage
• Train Associates on front-end principles
