Job summary

SpartanNash, a food solutions company based in Holland, MI, seeks a Front-End Operations Associate to ensure high customer service standards at the store front. You will supervise in the Customer Service Manager's absence and coordinate front-end tasks to support store profitability.

Qualifications

• Accurately perform all transactions including cash, checks, debit/credit/EBT, and refunds.
• Ability to supervise front-end staff and train others.
• Knowledge of ads, coupon deals, and store promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection, scheduling, and supervision of front-end staff.
• Handle returns, over rings, discounts, and vouchers per policy.
• Ensure perishable items are prioritized and properly stocked.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and safe front-end areas.
• Follow PPE, safety, and food safety guidelines.
