Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong service orientation and ability to lead.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to onboard, train, and develop.
• Identify talent and support staffing strategy to sustain a diversified pipeline.
• Ensure Meijer standards are upheld and growth opportunities are available.
• Oversee area operations and financial results; manage budget line items and P&L impact.
• Drive safety and compliance across the store and follow procedures.
• Lead daily work assignments and provide training guidance as needed.
