Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Proficient computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills and ability to analyze financials.
• Develop and manage budgets; delegate and direct tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform all transactions and handle media per policies.
• Supervise front-end activities in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
• Train others to perform department activities and functions.
• Manage scheduling and supervision to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, stocked department and follow safety guidelines.
• Support guest experience guidelines and cross-department tasks as needed.
