Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and customer engagement.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for associates.
• Trains and coaches associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to team.
