You will manage POS coverage, training, and daily tasks while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Qualified candidates bring retail experience and leadership capabilities, plus the flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others and coach Associates on front-end principles.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, ensuring courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Partner with management on training needs and adherence to policies.
