Five Below is seeking a Support Lead who assists with directing front-end operations and sales associates under the Store Manager. You will also drive key metrics, model leadership, and ensure the customer experience remains exceptional.

The position emphasizes cash handling, staffing, training, and maintaining a clean, safe store. You will be involved in opening/closing duties and mentoring associates as part of the management team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer and maintain high service levels.
• Lead front end operations and assist with store duties.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Drive store sales and manage payroll within budget.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety; adhere to SOPs.
