Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to drive customer service, front-end operations, and daily store management. You will train and supervise crew, recruit talent, and ensure brand standards while balancing open/close duties and merchandising.

This hourly role starts at $15 per hour and requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts. Candidates should have at least 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with a fast, friendly checkout and great service.
• Lead the store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Front-end merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Handle maintenance and stock room duties.
