Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on customer service excellence.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising, ensuring brand standards and equipment readiness.
• Manages opening/closing, cleanliness, recovery, and daily store readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Maintains stock room and front-end operations.
