Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead in New York to help manage the store operations under the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager. You will drive customer satisfaction, lead the front-end team, and ensure efficient cash handling and safety practices.

As a manager on duty, you will model leadership, achieve key metrics, train associates, and maintain a fast, friendly checkout experience while upholding Five Below’s standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and strong problem solving.
• Maintains composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact and service.
• Leads Front End Operations and supports Manager on Duty.
• Trains staff on high‑quality customer service standards.
• Ensures fast, friendly checkout for each guest.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stock, and safety readiness.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures and payroll coordination.
