Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and promotes loyalty programs
• Oversees a team of associates at front of store and ensures courteous service
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensuring proper POS coverage
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and customer personalization
• Promotes safety, policies, and shrink reduction initiatives
