Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Assist in shrink reduction efforts and goals.
• Address safety concerns and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
