Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leadership role at TJ Maxx Store Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• Able to train associates and promote loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
