Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., Morrisville, NC, seeks a front-of-store leader to deliver excellent customer service and mentor Associates. You’ll promote loyalty programs, manage POS coverage, and ensure a positive store experience while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, leadership exposure, and strong communication skills; flex schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and coach frontline associates.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead and mentor front-end associates and promote loyalty programs.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and safety policies.
