Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Glendale to engage customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing transactions and promoting products. You will deliver world-class service, handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, ensuring a clean, organized front-end and secure payments.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, knowledge of promotions, and cooperation with store teams to drive sales and create a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in cashier and club desk areas to provide world class service.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Handle payments securely following SOP and maintain front-end appearance.
• Answer product questions and direct customers to store areas or staff as needed.
• Stay up to date on promotions and merchandising to support sales.
• Provide feedback to management on operational opportunities.
