Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Cashier Area and Club Desk, processing transactions, returns, exchanges, and promotions while maintaining a clean, organized front-end. You will assist with gift cards, lesson redemptions, and loyalty rewards, and promote a best-in-class Customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle payments securely, and a willingness to stay informed about upcoming promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30 lb box.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to quickly learn business acumen with training.
• Candidates should demonstrate self‑accountability and proactive drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and deliver world-class service in Front-End areas.
• Greet Customers at Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain clean, well-presented Front-End areas for the Customer experience.
• Handle payments securely and in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide product information and direct Customers to store areas or staff.
• Stay updated on promotions and events to support merchandising presence.
