PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Associate to engage Customers at the Front-End, including the Cashier Area and Club Desk, handling returns, exchanges, and promotions while delivering world-class service. You will assist with payments and stay informed on promotions to drive sales.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in front-end areas and provide world-class service.
• Greet and assist customers at Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end area and ensure merchandise presence.
• Handle payments securely and in line with SOPs.
• Stay informed on promotions and store events to support merchandising.
