PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to engage customers at the Front-End, process transactions, returns, exchanges, and promotions while keeping the area clean and organized. The Associate will handle payments and offer product information, staying updated on promotions to support sales and a best-in-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service in the Front-End.
• Greet Customers in Front-End areas (Cashier, Club Desk).
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and discounts.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation at the Front-End to drive sales.
• Ensure Front-End equipment and supplies are kept operational.
• Model ethical conduct, safety, and SOP compliance across departments.
• Keep Front-End area clean and professional at all times.
• Process payments securely and accurately per SOP.
