Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all entering the facility; greet visitors and issue passes.
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services.
  • Address inquiries and provide solutions with a customer-service approach.
  • Organize on-site events including setup, teardown, and supply delivery.
  • Follow security procedures and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions.
  • Create presentations and speak to groups of various sizes.
