You will greet visitors, issue passes, answer calls, and support events and facilities operations to keep the environment welcoming and efficient.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage on-site activities, and follow security and emergency procedures to ensure safety and smooth daily operations for all occupants.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for visitors entering the facility; greet with a friendly, welcoming demeanor and issue passes according to security protocols.
• Answer the telephone professionally and assist with inquiries, and prepare presentations or address groups of various sizes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requesters.
• Coordinate janitorial or maintenance work orders; manage mail, office supplies, and onboarding support.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide solutions in a professional, service-driven manner.
• Organize on-site events, secure spaces, setup and teardown, and arrange supplies.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain information clearly to team members and follow manager directions.
• Execute duties as defined by existing procedures and exercise limited discretion where appropriate.
