Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Ability to use computer software and maintain records with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for guest relations.
• Minimum six months related experience; hospitality/valet background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Monitor entrance/exit and guard against theft while enforcing check-in policies.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for residents; assist with package delivery.
• Coordinate with staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette for all inquiries.
• Report violations, damage, theft, or unusual occurrences to management.
• Keep keys secure and accounted for; respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Assist with emergency reporting and coordination with authorities when needed.
• Write daily activity logs and incident reports; report maintenance items.
• Follow all policies and procedures; participate in a drug-free workplace.
