Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a part-time Valet Attendant to provide superior guest services at arrival and departure, park vehicles, and retrieve them promptly for residents and guests.

You will maintain key control, direct contractors, and keep the area clean and organized while following all policies for package handling and resident communications. The role requires prior valet experience, three years of driving, and a Florida driver’s license, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valet attendant.
• Must have three years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as vehicles arrive and depart.
• Maintain key control and ensure keys are secure at all times.
• Direct contractors to designated parking areas for services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, timely manner.
• Keep the front area clean and orderly; maintain lobby/entry area.
• Follow receiving policies for packages for residents.
• Report maintenance items and safety concerns to management.
