Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a Valet attendant to greet guests, manage vehicle flow, and maintain parking lot order at the Miami Beach property.

Duties include key control, directing contractors, keeping areas clean, and coordinating with security for breaks and emergencies. Requires 3 years driving experience, a valid Florida driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. Some college is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Valet attendant.
• Must have three years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Employees must possess a valid driver’s license in the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as vehicle approaches the entry.
• Maintain the key control system and ensure keys are locked at all times.
• Direct contractors to designated parking spaces.
• Maintain order and control the vehicles in the parking lot.
• Keep front area clean and free of litter and fingerprints.
• Maintain memos and log books in order and updated.
• Coordinate with security for breaks and post orders.
• Follow receiving policies and handle packages and mail professionally.
• Direct inquiries regarding Association affairs to management.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations promptly.
• Report maintenance items to the Association daily.
• Receive telephone calls professionally.
• Maintain valet office area in a presentable condition.
• Control elevator keys on move ins/outs and deliveries.
• Control valet carts and keep them secured.
• Follow emergency procedures with Management and local services.
• Be familiar with fire alarm operations and report incidents.
