Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting in Miami Beach seeks a courteous Valet Attendant to greet guests and park vehicles, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures at the property. You will maintain key control, direct contractors to allocated spaces, and keep the lot orderly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
Three years of driving experience.
Must possess a valid driver’s license in Florida.
Previous experience as a Valet attendant.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as vehicle approaches the entry.
Maintain the key control system and ensure keys are locked when not in use.
Direct all contractors to parking spaces designated for contractors, service vendors, etc.
Maintain order and control the vehicles in the parking lot.
Keep front area clean and neat; pick up litter and maintain ashtrays and entry area.
Be familiar with Post Orders and coordinate with Security during breaks.
Follow receiving policies and procedures for packages and correspondence.
Communicate professionally to residents and manage inquiries to the Association office.
Report any violations of rules and regulations and maintenance issues to the Association office.
