Job summary

Vacatia in Weston, FL is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to guide our front desk team and ensure each Owner and guest enjoys a warm welcome and seamless experience. Location: 16461 Racquet Club Rd, Weston, FL 33326.

You’ll balance leadership with guest service, train and mentor front desk clerks, oversee check-ins, check-outs, payments and reservations, coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests, and uphold guest confidentiality while maintaining a clean, safe front desk

Qualifications

1+ years front desk experience with leadership in hospitality.
Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication.
Ability to lead a team, resolve issues, and maintain morale.
Computer proficiency and cash-handling experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service.
Support front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Train, mentor, and motivate front desk clerks.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests, early arrivals, and late checkouts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk environment.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and guest confidentiality.
